We will cover topics such as the evidence on mental health conditions, motivation and behaviour change, the role of broader lifestyle psychiatry, handling crisis situations and working with other professionals, measuring change as well as when exercise is not the right tool. At the end of this course you will be able to create an implementation plan and create actionable steps for your line of work.
